- Non-refundable Services: Services that have been completed or delivered in full are non-refundable, including but not limited to (consultation services, network setup, software licensing, etc.).
2. Service Modifications and Corrections
- Correcting Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, we are happy to discuss modifications or corrections. We will work with you to ensure that the service meets your expectations. If the issue is a result of our error, we will correct it free of charge.
- Adjustments to Ongoing Projects: If you wish to modify or adjust an ongoing project, please contact us, and we will provide options for changes or re-scheduling based on your needs. Modifications will be discussed, and any changes in scope or pricing will be agreed upon beforehand.
3. Consultation and Training Services
- Refunds for Consultation and Training: If you are not satisfied with a consultation or training session, please reach out to us within [24 hours] after the service. If we are unable to meet your expectations, we will issue a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
- Cancellations: For cancellations of consultations or training services, we require a notice 7 in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Software and Licensing
- Software Refunds: Due to the nature of software services, we are unable to offer refunds for digital products, including licenses for security software, management tools, and any software that has already been activated or used.
- Software Performance Issues: If you encounter technical issues with any software we have provided, we will work to resolve the issue or offer support to ensure it functions properly. If the software is faulty or defective, we will either offer a replacement or provide a refund in accordance with the software vendor’s policies.
